Now it can be told, the comedy remake of Temptation Island is now in full swing. The main female cast is now complete and have been introduced already. After a lot of talks that Heart Evangelista has been chopped off the list, now she is officially back.
It can be recalled that Ruffa Gutierrez, the daughter of Heart’s soon to be ex-manager Anabelle Rama, sent out a tweet in her Twitter account saying that Heart is out of the project. Ruffa said that according to Mother Lily Monteverde, the Regal Films matriarch and producer of Temptation Island, Heart is out of the picture. When asked why, Mother Lily allegedly said that Heart had too many demands and too many limitations as well. Ruffa did say that she asked Mother Lily if she could tweet about it and Mother said yes.
Obviously, Mother Lily had a change of heart for, well, Heart and she remains in the cast. Temptation Island seems to be an all GMA 7 cast because together with Heart is one of GMA’s most prized actresses, Marian Rivera, Survivor Philippines Celebrity Edition finalist Solenn Heussaf and Lovi Poe.
For those of use who haven’t seen the original Temptation Island, this is supposed to be a comedy about a beauty pageant. For some reason they all got stuck in an island with nothing to live on. So they begin imagining delicious food and everything else. We will get to see how these beautiful ladies will live on the island soon.
